Abstract

This research addresses the importance of Zakat al-‘Urud (commercial goods) and its obligation, with a focus on the Islamic legal evidence that proves its mandate in Islam. The researchers review the opinions of scholars from different Islamic schools of thought regarding the conditions for Zakat al-‘Urud and explain how it can be applied in practice. Additionally, the research discusses the doubts raised about the obligation of this form of zakat. In conclusion, the research clarifies how to calculate Zakat al-‘Urud and the rights of the poor related to it.
