Abstract

In today's world, one of the biggest social challenges is the harm caused by wrong speech. Language harassment brings irreparable legal and psychological harm. The Holy Qur'an and Prophetic Sunnah, as two authentic sources of Islam, have stated the principles of prohibiting language harassment, its harms and factors, and recommended solutions for people's mental health. This research, with a descriptive-analytical approach and the method of collecting library information, has explained the subject of "examining the harms and solutions of language problems in the Qur'an and Sunnah". The findings of the research have shown that Islam by presenting Islamic moral and legal the ability of this research to create a healthy society and away from language damage. While examining the mental injuries caused by language harassment, it has also addressed the individual and social rights of the victims of this injury and has provided practical solutions to prevent and reduce this phenomenon. According to the teachings of Quran and Sunnah, it can be concluded that controlling the language and good speech is considered as one of the basic principles in personal and social ethics. Being aware of language damage and following Islamic solutions can help create healthier relationships and a society based on respect and love.
