Sustainable supply chain management (SSCM) has emerged as a pivotal approach for addressing environmental challenges while ensuring economic efficiency. This study explores strategies for integrating sustainability goals into supply chain operations to reduce carbon footprints. By leveraging advanced technologies such as blockchain, artificial intelligence (AI), and data analytics, this research proposes a comprehensive SSCM framework that enhances transparency, resource optimization, and predictive maintenance. The study includes an in-depth literature review, empirical validation through case studies in manufacturing and retail industries, and an analysis of results that demonstrate significant reductions in carbon emissions and waste production. Practical recommendations for supply chain managers, policymakers, and industry stakeholders are provided to foster the adoption of sustainable practices.
