Abstract

This article explains how artificial intelligence transforms predictive analytics to enable organizations to make predictions with unprecedented accuracy. In a description of the evolution from traditional statistical methods to sophisticated AI methods, this article brings out the way pattern detection, adaptive learning, and multimodal analysis capabilities have revolutionized predictive capability in various sectors, including finance, healthcare, and manufacturing. The combination of supervised learning algorithms, unsupervised methods, and ensemble techniques has produced highly capable prediction tools that draw meaning from large datasets. Successful application, though, involves overcoming considerable challenges in terms of data quality, transparency of algorithms, ethics, and the collaboration of people with AI.
